By using our website, booking a session, enrolling in a program, or purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

Information you give us directly. When you book a session, sign up for a membership, register for a program or camp, book a party or team rental, purchase from our pro shop, or contact us, we may collect:
Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
Athlete name, age or date of birth, sport, and team affiliation
Emergency contact information
Payment information, processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers
Health or injury information you choose to share so we can train your athlete safely
Waivers, releases, and consent forms
Communications you send us, including messages, emails, and review responses
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may collect IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from our scheduling, membership, payment, and marketing providers, and from social media platforms when you interact with our accounts.

Provide training, coaching, memberships, rentals, and other services
Schedule, confirm, and remind you about bookings and sessions
Process payments and maintain membership billing
Respond to questions and provide customer support

Keep athletes safe and administer waivers and emergency contacts

SMS and Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and give consent, we may send you text messages about your bookings, your account, programs and offerings, and occasional requests for feedback or a review.
Consent is optional. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to book, train, purchase, or hold a membership with us.
Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We serve youth athletes, and we take this seriously.
Our website and online booking are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. When information about a minor athlete is provided to us, we expect it to be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information by contacting us using the details below.
We do not publish a minor's full name, school, or other identifying details in marketing or on social media without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain membership and billing records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Waivers and injury-related records may be retained longer as required by law or insurance.
