  • Payment information, processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers

  • Health or injury information you choose to share so we can train your athlete safely

  • Communications you send us, including messages, emails, and review responses

If you provide your mobile number and give consent, we may send you text messages about your bookings, your account, programs and offerings, and occasional requests for feedback or a review.

  • Consent is optional. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to book, train, purchase, or hold a membership with us.

  • Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.

  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further messages.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
