What we coach

Two kinds of lessons.

Some things only make sense inside one sport. Everything underneath — how an athlete moves, how much force they produce, how well they hold up — is the same work no matter what they play.

Sport-specific

Baseball

Hitting, pitching, fielding, and catching. Ten indoor cages, available year round regardless of weather.

Softball

Fastpitch hitting, pitching, and defense, coached for the way the game is actually played.

Every athlete, every sport

Strength & Conditioning

The engine underneath the skill. Coached lifting built for young athletes, not borrowed from adult programs.

Speed & Agility

Sprint mechanics, change of direction, and first-step quickness — trained and measured, not guessed at.

Athletic Development

Movement quality, mobility, and durability. The work that keeps an athlete available all season.

Who trains here

Baseball · Softball · Basketball · Volleyball · Football · Soccer · Track & field · Wrestling · Tennis · Golf · Cheer & dance · Swimming — and athletes who haven't picked one yet.

Why here

A lesson finds the problem.
The building is where you fix it.

Cages

Ten indoor batting cages, open year round.

Turf

5,000 square feet of indoor turf for speed and movement work.

Gym

Full strength and conditioning floor, coached.

Recovery

NormaTec, Game Ready, and red light therapy on site.

Campus

20,000 square feet, all of it one stop.

How it works

Three steps to the first session.

01
STEP 01

Tell us about your athlete

Sport, age, position, and what you want to improve. About a minute of questions.

02
STEP 02

We match the coach

We read what you sent and pair your athlete with the coach who fits, then call you with times that work.

03
STEP 03

Come train

Show up a few minutes early and we'll walk you through the building. Most parents don't realize what's here until they're standing in it.

Get started

Tell us about your athlete.

Fill out the form and we'll match them to the right coach and get you on the schedule. If it's easier to talk it through, call us.
